Important Dates for EARG Awards 2025
- Nomination Registration: October 1, 2024
- Application Deadline: November 30, 2024
- Result Declaration: December 10, 2024
- Award Ceremony: February 28, 2025
(1) Eligibility Check: Ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria for the award.
(2) Nomination Form: Obtain and complete the official nomination form. This may be available on the organization’s website
(3) Supporting Documents: Gather all required supporting documents. This may include a CV, a list of achievements, recommendation letters, research publication (Candidate having h-Index, D-Index are exempted to submit proof of publications) and any other documents specified in the application guidelines.
(4) Submission: Submit the completed application form and supporting documents by the specified deadline. This can typically be done online submission.

4.2 Enter Email Address on blue strip, then click on verify Email
4.3 OTP code will be sent on your email address, enter the OTP code for verification
4.4 then select award category and fill the details
4.5 Upload PDF files as per guidelines (Nomination Form and CV must be single pdf file)
Maximum PDF file size: 200 MB, with a preferred file size of up to 100 MB
4.6 Click on Submit for your application
(5) Confirmation: Await a confirmation receipt of your application from the award committee. Ensure all submitted materials are received and acknowledged.
(6) Review Process: The award committee will review all applications. Shortlisted candidates may be contacted for further information or interviews.
(7) Announcement: The winners will be announced according to the schedule provided by the award committee through email address only

The registration package for the International EARG Awards 2025 includes several key benefits:

The registration does not include:

- Meals outside of scheduled events: Only breakfast and lunch during scheduled events are included. Other meals are not covered.
- Any additional activities not specified in the program: Activities outside the official program are not included in the registration package.
